I like to keep my reviews plain and simple so I'm just going to say that if you are looking to buy or sell a house John Criswell is who you need, very helpful throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him!
Terrible. 12 realtors from there sent me a review and recommended that we paint neutral colors in our home. Brian Lurie secured a substandard painter who refused to put primer on my walls prior to the paint after agreeing to one coat of paint and one coat of primer. Painter requested a $2,000 retainer prior to starting job and I told him NO, called realtor and told him No, realtor said " Oh I would risk my life on him, don't wory I will take care of it." After painter avoided me and left when I went to discuss process, I sent realtor a text saying do not progress until we can work agreement out. I get a text from realtor that painter no longer wants to paint my house and that I owe realtor $2000.00 payable immediately. After texting him that it would have to come out of his commision, he has retained an attorney to sue me for the $2000.00. I have had to hire another painter to fix the mess the first painter made to the tune of $7,520.00 - And they have taken my house off of the MLS. My contract ends January 31. I regret signing with Crye-leike. Would not recommend them!
