Ordered carry out online. Came to pick it up and they said carry out was closed. No one called when the order came through. Nothing. The only worker was standing outside on smoke break. They offered no remedy except that we would get our money back in 3-5 days. Horrible customer service.
Deserves ZERO stars. Waited 2 hrs for pizza delivery that never showed. Went to Jets pizza instead. Please take your business elsewhere so Pizza Hut will shut this location down. DISGRACEFUL!!!
This filthy place should be demolished and rebuilt. Then, hire people who dont come from the ghetto serving the pizza to me in sunglasses, hat, and pants down to their knees. This place is a dump. How can one trust the cleanliness of the food....
The only reason that I gave this one star, is because I don't have the option to give less. My time with Pizza Hut, on US-64, started off Okay in 2015. Since then, it just began gradually going down. I understand that no place is perfect, but there are no excuses when mistakes occur 5 visits in a row. It's literally in walking distance, so I pick up.
The final straw is when I placed any order in person, because no one picked up the phone. They made me someone else's order. I don't want to drop names, but it was funny that the same person that told me I had to ask for "extra cheese", forgot about my order on a separate visit. The thing that kills me is that I'm polite, and I ALWAYS TIP!!! No matter what...Look into these issues. From one entrepreneur to another, don't allow your staff to ruin your business.
The biggest issue is that no one answers the phone. They say it's because they're "slammed". I was being "Petty" one night, and called while I sat in the waiting area on a slow night. Maybe they were behind on orders.
Burnt pasta noodles and no sauce. “Cheese sticks” were more like breadsticks, there were no deliveries today per online request, and we had to yell for someone to bring us our order once we arrived.
The food is either halfway prepared, or "forgotten". The first few times, there were hardly any cheese and sauce. It was basically all crust. The hot wings are often prepared half wet, half dry. After the second time, I made them aware that it was an issue. I was told that I have to ask for extra cheese and sauce, just to cover the pizza the way it should be.
