Because website did not confirm my information that I put in the end after six seven times will not recognize my order and then I went to the store on Highway 64 and made it an order after all this get my pizza it had nothing on it and I pay for extra ingredients so after calling the 1-800 number I was tired so I just when home

I'm very upset with the Stonebridge location due to the fact that I am a long term customer who always receive delivery and might I add... I tip very well.. And for me to call on a day when I'm having car problems and heat went out in30 degree weather.. The only thing my kids asked for was papa John's.. And a young lady who was obviously new and didn't know my order history stated that I wasn't able to receive delivery because we were out of the district. I felt very offended . so we will continue our business with another company.
