This is one of the best groups of veterinarians you will ever find. Dr. Jenny takes wonderful care of our dogs and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure they are getting the best care possible. My dog (14) died a couple of weeks ago and Dr. Jenny was a huge help to my family during this time. She made weekend visits to the hospital to help us and made sure that my dog was comfortable until I could get home to say goodbye (I live 9 hours away). I got there on Sunday night, was able to spend time with him up at the vet's office, and when we went back the next morning we found that he had died in his sleep. The weekend vet techs were very kind in giving me and my family the time and space we needed to say goodbye.
I received the kindest package from Eads Animal Hospital this week, containing my dog's paw print stone, a lock of his hair, a pin, and one of the nicest condolence cards I have ever read. They truly take care of your pet as if he/she were there own. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my sweet baby and continuing to take care of our other fur baby.
Dr. Jen is great with my 2 boys. She's great at communication with us and always available for any questions that we may have. The entire staff is amazing and every visit they have my dogs name on a chalk board. Its the little details.
