First, my baby had thrush (yeast infection on her tongue), they gave me an ointment that can only be used on the skin, not drops. I asked if they were sure I can use it on her tongue, they said yes. Went home, read instructions, says clearly not to use in a mouth! Secondly, my child has severe asthma, Doc decided to try new prescription, Karbinal ER, Rx only, active ingredient carbinoxamine maleate. When received, I realized that they just gave me a kroger brand generic antihistamine with active ingredient cetirizine, not Rx, charged me instead of my insurance. Now I have to call the pediatrician again to get it right while my baby can't breathe all night! She is right next to me, coughing while I m in tears watching her struggle to breathe. Thirdly, again for asthma, nasal spray this time. Sticker they put on the box says to spray 2 times in each nostril. Instructions say 2 times only for adults, and 1 time for young adults and kids above 4. My baby is 4 y.o. These people think they can disregard doctors orders and change them as they wish, placing my child health at risk and write off wrong dosage. Not to mention wasted money. Shame on you!

This is their third error in medications and I am not going back. It is midnight and I am writing this review as I have had enough!
