I learned a valuable lesson from working with these characters: Always get everything in writing on the front end. In painting, prep work is crucial. If you don't do it right, the job will look good initially, but the paint will start peeling in short order. Well, these guys' prep work was shoddy. And sure enough, it didn't take more than a few months before I had to go back and redo part of it myself. Would never consider doing business with them again.
We had Doty's Painting and Construction Renovate and Paint the Interior and Exterior of our home in Germantown. They were very professional in all areas. The owner and crew exceded our expectations. They showed up everyday and completed the projects as scheduled. It was also nice that they never asked for any money until the job was completely finished.
