The Dealer is currently under new ownership.

Its amazing how you remember people who tried to screw you out of money. 15 years ago, Troy Eads tried to sell me gap insurance on a car. When I questioned him on it, he told me to get out of his office. Don't buy a car from this guy.

Fair options of Used Cars. We can bargain to Match the KBB Value. Good

This is a used dealership with an old name but completely new owners and one of those owners I have known personally and in a professional way for a few years. Really good people with several commercial ties to the Memphis and surrounding areas.

I'm the owner of Eads Auto Sales. I just want to respond to the three complaints against me and my lot. #1 first of all that's not even addressed to me. It's to a Craig Eads, whom I've never heard of. My lot is named after the area of town I'm located in. #2. In over 12 years and thousands of auto sales I've NEVER forced anyone or never will to buy a car from me. That choice was made by the customer. The complaint wasn't even lodged by the customer but an innocent third party. #3. That one isn't even worth commenting on. A Former mechanic that should find another profession. A disgruntled ex employee that cost me thousands of dollars in work that wasn't done properly. I'm over it and moved on. I just want to say we run an honest and respectable dealership to the best of our abilities. I've made a lot of customers happy over the years and will continue to do so in the future. I try my very best to make everyone happy but in this business it's next to impossible to satisfy everyone, but I promise to give everything I've got to make that happen
